I did some deeper research into this and surprisingly, Schaub had a 19 yard "scamper" on Nov 8, 2009. This was against the Colts in Indy in the infamous Moats-fumble game. The Texans lost 20-17 and Kris Brown missed a FG that could have tied the game as time expired...
