Getting Miller is almost surely a pipe dream, but I'm not so sure about Quinn ?
He's got a lot of issues, most significantly a very scary medical history that includs a brain tumor. Quinn may be there at 11, but with the exception of the Cushing pick, the Texans are not known to be risk-takers when it comes to drafting players ?
