I think your oversimplifying things a bit here. Teams are often selective with what they release publicly. So, it may be much worse than is being said.

I don't think you can say that back spasms are easy to fix....a lot of it has to do with what is the underlying cause of the back spasm in the first place. Massage might treat the symptoms, but not the cause.

Giving Brown's history, he's not going to get the benefit of the doubt here, and I'm just assuming he's either just fragile or a big wuss.
