Interesting Salary Cap Updates

I am not sure, as i still dont understand all the ramifications of the owners opting out of the cba, but my guess is that their opt outs had more to do with the cba opt out than anything. i believe it severly restricts players' ability to move depending on a number of issues that i honestly don't understand.
