I would say that any pick in the first 4 rounds which virtually never gets on the field (for whatever reason) is a "bust of a draft pick." To me, that's not saying anything negative about the player, it's just acknowledging that the Texans got nothing out of a draft pick which should reasonably be considered to contribute.

I agree it's semantics, but that's not my definition of a bust. A bust is someone whose talent or commitment was way overrated.
