I would say no way.
I dont know what went on up there, but they gave him a big contract and he got hurt. They kept paying him for 2 years and as soon as he passed the physical he wanted out. Neither Bently or the team has come out and said what the deal was and why he was granted the release so fast though, so no telling. Add to that what KJ3 posted and definately not.
