Not until after this season. Last time we were close to respectable @7-9.....well bad things happened. I think McNair wants to make sure we keep improving before extending his contract. If we put up a solid year with continued improvement Kubes gets an extension. If not....
No coaches like to be in the last year of a contract becuase of the uncertainty involved. The teams don't like it either, so expect an extension after the season is over.
