If I didn't know better I'd think you were new to the NFL. Looking down on the Jags, Raiders, and Jets is sorta what we do here. Combine that with those two teams looking to pick up the QB of the 1.1. team... and well... down our noses we look.
We also look down on the Titans. In fact, we especially look down on the Titans.
