Better than any other QB on the Texans roster? Yes. Sad but true. Same could be said of Bridgewater, Garoppolo, heck maybe even Mettenberger. And that's just from the 2014 class.

I would be curious to know what kind of QB Bortles would have been under O'Brien two years, spending much of 2014 on the bench behind Fitzy. Just look at the improvement a lesser QB like Tom Savage has shown.
