51 Jamon Meredith
53 Duke Robinson

These guys are still on the board, or did I miss something?

69 Darry Beckwith
67 Rashad Jennings
71 Marcus Freeman
81 Javon Ringer
96 Michael Hamlin
97 Cedric Peerman
101 Gerald Cadogan
128 Trevor Canfield

They were saying Meredith is a character concern. Don't know about Robinson unless he is seen as too slow footed.

If I had been running the draft all along, I'd be drafting AQ Shipley in this round. If they brought me into the room right now and asked who to take, I'm saying Rashad Jennings. Other players on my board right now....

LB Marcus Freeman Ohio State
LB Dannell Ellerbe Georgia
LB Scott McKillop Pittsburgh
S Chris Clemons Clemson
S C.J. Spillman Marshall
TE John Phillips Virginia
QB John Parker Wilson Alabama
OT Lydon Murtha Nebraska
WR Demetrius Byrd LSU
RB Javarris Williams Tenn State
RB Ian Johnson Boise State
DT Myron Pryor Kentucky

I wonder if Johnny Knox allows Hester to go back to returns OR is Knox the new Hester?

Personally, I'm hoping the Texans can turn this 5 for a 4th next year.

If not, the players on my ever-dwindling interest list are:

RB Rashad Jennings
CB Coy Francies
QB Rhett Bomar
RB Ian Johnson

Honestly, my expectations aren't very high at this point in this draft. I'm thinking a role player or a developmental player. Possibly a special teams demon.

Shipley, Clemons, Jennings my likely guesses , FWIW. There are several
RB's out there to consider at this time.

I think they have to go running back here. Jennings, Peerman or Ian Johnson.

Jax just added Jarett Dillard, to go with Thomas and Holt. We better be able to get some pass rush and cover.

McKillop next to Willis in SF. The 49ers just got better.
