Default Official Texans vs. Browns Game Thread, 10/15/2017

The 2-3 Texans take on the 0-5 Cleveland Browns this Sunday in an early game. The Texans are coming off a 42-34 home loss to the Kansas City Chiefs on SNF. The Browns are coming off a 17-14 home loss to the New York Jets. 2nd year player Kevin Hogan is expected to start at QB for the Browns. The Browns offense rates middle of the pack in yds/game but they are 31st in scoring points (15.4/game). The Browns defense is 5th in yards allowed/game (304.8) but somehow surrender 24.8 pts/game (25th). The Texans defense currently gives up 26 pts/game (28th).

Not a good sign - The spread is down to 7 and 7½ in some places...

L Miller gets about 4 or 5. 3rd and 6 coming up.

Pass to Fuller on the sidelines is broken up, inc. Texans to go for the FG.

Fairbairn's 40-yarder is good.

On 2nd and 11, Watson pressured, throws it away, inc. Brings up 3rd and 11.
