Default Longhorn WR Jordan Shipley Granted 6th Year of Eligibility

I suppose this means Shipley is staying in college and off NFL draft boards one more year. Not that the Texans need to be spending a lot of time scouting WRs, mind you, the lone position where they ought to feel pretty good this offseason.
