Default Comcast Customer's; NFL Network

http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=3637517

It requires another ruling which I assume that Comcast can then appeal in district court, but it is a step in the right direction

An interesting side story to watch is Arlen Specter's (Senator PA) conduct in the near future. Every time that the NFL moves against Comcast, Specter moves against them, calling for investigations and the such. Considering the taxes Comcast pays to PA, is there a connection?

Concidence, maybe maybe not...
