Do you think it would be the same, or perhaps better than 4-6 ?
When they made the decision to release him this year it seemed like the move to make to me given that Dunta had gone from a solid to maybe not so solid presence in the locker room with the disagreeemnt he had with the GM. Then there's the issue of paying him what they needed to to keep him ? But with D-Rob at one of the all-important CB positions with his years of NFL experience and his tough physical play, it might have made a real difference in the strength of our starting D-Backfield and consequently our current W-L record ? |

we won't know will we. DR isn't just doing real great in Atlanta last time I checked and I was for letting him go at the time. But, I thought we might replace him better than we have.

Yeah, I don't know either. I think the difference with KJ getting burned vs. Dunta getting burned would be Dunta would show his frustration at the safety that should have helped him out....
Dunta had more experience and might've helped in the leadership/motivation dept. but his individual performance last year was nothing to write home about. Zero INT's. IMO, he has lost a step. Most people have selective memory on this topic. What's the expression? "Absence makes the heart grow fonder"? It's all a moot point, now. |

Soft coverages yield the same results regardless of who plays. Our record would be the same.

Absence only makes me more pissed at Drob, for what that's worth. In my opinion, it would have made absolutely no difference.
