Wow, I had no idea that Burnett was even available. I love that guy and he'd be an awesome WLB for us. The price tag is what will be the deciding factor for me. I'm trying to recall Karlos Dansby's contract, but I'd imagine Burnett would be in that neighborhood. Burnett was one of "My Guys" when he came out for the draft. Do you really think he would get in the same range as Dansby? I don't see how a guy with 2 career starts would get the same amount of money as a guy who has been a starter for most of his 5 years in the league and is coming off a Super Bowl appearance. I don't know what Dansby got, but I'm assuming if we give that to Burnett we overpaid.
