I think they're in it unless the Ravens win tonight (or another game). Since the most # of wins the Texans can have is nine, I think we can look around the other teams to see that the Colts already have nine wins and a tie-breaker. The Ravens beat the Texans, so even if they win the division, the Steelers already have 10 wins (incl one over the Texans), so that'd be it.

With the Jags falling, at least this looks like the second season ever the team would finish out of the division cellar (or tied for last in the division). The Texans finished third in 2004 (7-9) ahead of the Titans (5-11).
