So because his interview gives a reason for his mistakes he can change them? Do you honestly think he's going to say "I turn the ball over, that's who I am."
Sage has been around for a long time. If you hold your breath for him to start doing something he has never done before you will be in trouble. Last year he had 15 turnovers in 9 appearances. That means he had 1.6 turnovers per game (not to mention a few were relief appearances so they drive up the average even further). This year he has 4 turnovers in 1.5 games for an average of about 2.5 per game. No team can win while giving it away like he does.
With Schaub hurt again, I hate to admit that our longterm answer at QB probably isn't on our roster. And the current regime spent so much on schaub that they may not survive it if he turns out to not be the guy. This is scary, since a QB and HC change would put us back into rebuilding mode for the 3rd time without ever doing any winning.
