Alexander has always had tremendous talent, yet there are many stories (and have been for years) that he tended to care more about certain off-the-field things more than football.
That is not to say he mailed it in, but more that now that he is getting older, it takes more "dedication" to preparing and playing the game, and he doesn't seem to have the "want to" like you have seen in other players as they get older.
I would pass on him for that reason. I think if he had a better history of work ethic, I would feel differently. But then, I think if he had that, he wouldn't have been let go by the Seahags.
