I was confused about this, too.
Andre Ellington plays for the Cardinals. Still plays for the Cardinals. RB converted to WR this year. Went to Clemson (how did we miss him?).
Bruce Ellington saw action with the 49'ers in 2014 and 2015. Did returns for special teams. Was IR'ed the entire 2016 season. Waived by the 49'ers on August 3. Failed a physical with the Jets on August 5. Signed with the Texans on August 11. Played college ball at South Carolina.
They are cousins from Moncks Corner, SC. Both 5'9" and do kind of the same thing. Andre is 3 years older (28).
