Seriously, if he's not as good as Johnson and Martin he shouldn't be playing NFL football because I'm not at all sure that either of those guys should be. Johnson if you'll recall they signed off the street. No one else wanted him. I think I know why. I can't imagine Martin will catch on with another team when the Texans finally let him go. He's undersized, not very fast, suspect hands, doesn't run great routes. Other than that I guess he's fine.
Maybe Posey has a terrible attitude, you know, I have no idea. Or maybe he's dumb as a rock and can't remember the plays. Who knows? All I know is that he's still taking up a roster spot without being asked to contribute anything and when he has played he's looked a hell of a lot more promising than the other two guys who have been in front of him all year.

I agree with all of this Chuck. I like Posey. I have always liked him. That is why I don't blame Smith for drafting him. As for why O'Brien won't play him I have no idea. Martin is worthless and adds nothing as a returner. Posey was very good in punt coverage last year. I don't buy the slot vs outside thing because AJ and Hopkins both line up in the slot enough that Posey could be outside for half a dozen plays and that is more than Martin sees the field on offense. I like O'Brien a lot but don't get the WR reps at all.
