It looks like Cleveland has over 20 mil cap space so they can easily keep both QB and even sign some other high impact player.
If Manziel demands out likely that lowers trade value even further.
I'd like to see Mallett and Savage some at some point when clear out of playoffs.
Maybe anything possible but unlikely Manziel to Texans is my thinking.
