Arthur Blank of the Falcons now says he thinks the NFL will have a team in London within five years. As stated above, I think it could happen but you would need to do some logistical changes to make it work. Moving the Jags to London and putting them in the AFC East sounds like the most possible and the AFC South would get the Dolphins as their replacement.
