I would guess Schaub gets a job about like Kolb got this year. Some team will pay him to be a place holder for a not ready rookie. He is capable compared to the scrap heap veterans out there, and he is a low ego, team first guy who will play his best even while knowing he is not in the long term plans. But I doubt anyone goes Alex Smith and says "this is our guy." The end was just too ugly to sell him to a fan base in that way.
