That's the way I see it. Plus Beck who was traded for by Shanahan with a lot of fanfare by Shanahan claiming that Beck had been a target of his for years. Shanahan gave up on Beck pretty quick.
The only plus I see for Beck is he is familiar with the offense and can be an arm during OTAs, mini-camp and training camp. I do not anticipate him making the final roster unless they have concerns about Schaub going into the regular season.
