A year huh? tell that to the Jets, falcons, and the list of other teams taht have changed coaches and gone to the playoffs the following year who have gotten jobs since kubiak was hired.
this is not a shot at you in any way, but the argumetn that changing coaches will set them back is bunk. the only way is sets a team backis if they hire the wrong guy.
also, they always fight back because they don't score in the first half and then have to get themselves back into the game.
