Gobs and gobs of teams with a superior offense but a
terrible defense routinely end their seasons with losing records. Nothing at all unusual about that result with that combination.
Kudos to the Eagles for covering the spread, but they just barely did so. The Texans actually did better than I thought they would, but then most of us have known their season has been over for some time now so the expectations are modest at this point.
