I want to reinforce, dalemurphy has been one of the valued voices on this board and I do not want to see him leave, just tone down the sales pitches.

This is the best way to do it in my opinion.
If there is a conversation on the OL performance going on in our forum, reply to the thread and throw in a link into that existing thread that links potential visitors directly to your OL performance review. That feels natural.
The new threads created specifically to link are the only thing that bother me at all.
But on the whole I like your new blog and think it goes well with ITB.
