I would give Dorsey a shot, depending on the asking price of course. As far as college went, he was considered the best DL coming out. He had outstanding production at LSU, despite facing constant double teams, and when LSU needed a big stop, he often provided it. Of course, that is college. I always thought he would fit well on this defense, but is going to need a little more time. Also, he played through a lot of injuries in college, so there is concern about him being injured a lot. Again, if the price is right, I bite.
