Josh McDaniels must be incredibly insecure as a young coach, because he apparently feels the need to assert his authority with all of his star players.

I understand being unhappy with Marshall,
but actually telling his teammates to not express support, that is about as bush league as it comes. If the Broncos don't win early McDaniels is going to be in big trouble in that locker room.
