Houston would trade selection Nos. 15 and 46 (1,490 TVC points) for pick Nos. 21 and 28 (1,460). If Houston trades down, it could still take Clay Matthews at 21 and use the 28th pick on Ron Brace, Sean Smith, Louis Delmas, Patrick Chung or Alex Mack.
