Randi ssems to have all of the qualifications:

Hair dyed blonde: check.
Big (possibly enhanced) boobs: check.
Tiny waist: check-a-roo.
Spray-on tan: check.
Vacant smile: check-o.
Didn't see a tramp stamp in the back but the rest of the package is there.

Just what the average Maxim reader is looking for.
