Official Texans vs. 49ers Fake Game Thread, 8/15/2015
 

Year 2 of the BOB Texans kicks off with a home date against the 49ers.

Win or lose, just stay healthy.

Here's a roster sorted by jersey number. Prints out on two pages. I find it handy for a quick lookup....

Game will be on ABC channel 13 @ 7pm in the Houston area. The "Texan Extra Points" show that comes on @ 6:30 pm (same channel) beforehand is usually a good watch.

No telling how the 49'ers will play - big changes with that team - the arrow is pointing down......

Texans really looked bad in their pre-season opener last year losing 32-0 to the Arizona Cardinals.

For the degenerates, the Texans are favored by 2.5....

I look forward to overreacting to this game.

I suppose I'm mostly interested how QB look, but it's early.

Texans take an 8-0 lead on 58-yard catch and run to Shorts. Quick fastball pass to Hopkins is good for the two points...

Hoyer looked pretty good. But I guess I still want Mallet to win the job. He just has the higher ceiling.

What, seven plays at point blank range? I understand that they're not using their playbook but that is crazy.

Oy, with Mallet in, the Texans have about 23 chances to punch it in from the 1 yard line and get stonewalled.... Substitutions already happening.... Score remains 8-0, 49'ers ball at their 1 yard line.

And eight. It was the starting interior line. Total garbage. Eight plays to gain two yards. I'm glad I won't be in the OL meeting tomorrow.

We have a lot of rookie OLINEMAN out there.

Good thing he made that tackle because Finau was definitely a major reason for that long run earlier that set up the 49er TD....
