Guess it happened last week and he was taken to the emergency room at that time. Twitter post suggested it was recent and worse than it appears as written in the referenced article.

Man. There's no required training for humans to be a dog owner but there should be.....

Atleast the dog didn't bite Clowney on his bad knee.
