Line for Week 1

Don't know if anybody posted this here before but were are a 6.5 point to 7 point underdog to Pittsburgh in week 1.

I guess it could go that way but I don't see that happening.

Sounds about right. Pittsburgh was 10-6 and a playoff team last year - it will be their home opener.

The Texans are favored by 3 against Denver in the first pre-season game...

Anyone who bets the spread on NFL preseason games has serious a problem.

pittsburgh isn't a preseason game bob. we play denver, new orleans, dallas, and tampa bay in that order. 2 friendlies and 2 geographical rivals.

sooooo.....

i'm looking at the schedule now...and i've just noticed that "hispanic heritage day" is during the miami game. funny stuff...

I would agree it sounds about right for a line but I don't think it is going to get covered. I just don't think Pitts line is that good, thier defense is really good though.

I thought we might be able to catch the Steelers at a good moment where their o-line is going through a transition and our d-line should be better than ever.

fixed. hopefully not just the line comes to play. our secondary should be improved, our linebackers should be improved with danny clark not starting anywhere AND our d'line should come out playing like they've got something to prove...maybe all of that, a fully healthy offense and a good, energetic start will be enough to get us over the steelers? i hope for all of these things to happen.
