not that i think they are drastically underrated, but definitely underrated.

Madden's ratings are usually based much more on reputation and potential than actual performance. Usually by the first update there will be plenty of players in their free agent pool that they rank in the high 80s that are out of the league for good and a good 5-6 years past their prime.

yea, i'll buy it. i love me some madden. th e 08 version on ps2 had some flaws, missing intricacies and such but i'm hopeful. if nothing else, i'll have something to kill time with...
