I think that should be dubbed the "Superman" play. Just Lewis doing the superman, again.... :p

popanot 10-09-2014 10:20 PM

Horrible call on Buoye. Horrible. So sick of these tacky BS interference/holding calls on defenses this year. The worst part is it's called so inconsistently from game to game and crew to crew.

There was no reason to call that. First, there was no PI whatsoever. Second, if there was, the asshole who called it wasn't in position to see it. Third, it was uncatchable. It amazes me because typically the NFL referees are the best of any sport I follow. But that was absolutely horrible.

popanot 10-09-2014 10:25 PM

Gee, please don't let that Fat Randy miss come back and haunt us.

Arky 10-09-2014 10:29 PM

Screen to Graham is broken up, inc. Makes it 2nd and 20.

Pass to AJ is caught and fumbled..... he might never had had it...... Colts recover.... Mike Carey seems to think it is an incompletion.... play under review...

Play stands, Colts ball. 4:38 left in the game. Ball at the Colt 40.

popanot 10-09-2014 10:30 PM

Of course that call wouldn't go our way.

popanot 10-09-2014 10:31 PM

I guess it's perfectly acceptable now for a Tackle to stick out his foot and trip a guy.

I'm not going to keep bitching about this and at first I thought it was a clear catch but after watching it a lot I don't think it was a catch.

Kareem Jackson is terrible and I wish Swag played as well as he talked.

Arky 10-09-2014 10:33 PM

Pass to Wayne gets 6.

Pass to Bradshaw goes inc. 3rd and 4 coming up with 3:50 left in the game.

Yep, Fat Randy miss is certainly a factor now.

Arky 10-09-2014 10:36 PM

Pass to AJ gets 12. Ball at the Texans 21.

2 minute warning.

Keith 10-09-2014 10:38 PM

Fat Aggy's miss is going to ruin a wonderful night from J.J. Watt.

Arky 10-09-2014 10:39 PM

Ugh..... Fitz is hit and fumbles....Colts recover at the Texan 22.

Colts kneeling it out.

Final score:

Colts 33, Texans 28

---------------------

Man, too many mistakes.....

popanot 10-09-2014 10:40 PM

Fitz. Ugh...

popanot 10-09-2014 10:43 PM

AJ's catch was a no-catch, but the fact is he needs to bring that in and make the play there. That's was a good throw from Fitz right in stride and you expect your #1 WR to make that play.

chuck 10-09-2014 10:43 PM

I'm loving these young guys, dreaming about a bright tomorrow. Bob McNair and Rick Smith will lead the way to the promised land. Don't you worry, fifty years of Houston football futility will rebound thanks to the steady hand of Bob Moustache McNair and Razor Rick Smith.

Loving these young guys.

Nconroe 10-09-2014 10:44 PM

Ugh, raining at Denver airport. Flight got delayed over two hours so got to be entertained by you guys bitchin the whole time.

nunusguy 10-09-2014 10:45 PM

Second game in 5 days we lose at the very end because we fail to make a couple plays and the other guys do. But I got to put a lot of this on the coachs
because the Texans were out there sleep walking for over a quarter. And Indy has already had 2 onside kicks this year and nobody saw that coming ?

You're welcome.

barrett 10-09-2014 10:56 PM

On the game ending fumble Hopkins has a shot at the ball and just decides he'd rather not mix it up. One of the most gutless plays I've seen. I really like him but it was terrible.

Overall another gut punch loss. It will be hard for these guys to have any heart after two losses like that. I am just glad I am pretending not to care about wins and losses as a defense mechanism.

chuck 10-09-2014 11:39 PM

People can care all they want or not about losses today but it is clear to me after fifteen years that this team under McMoustache will never win anything other than most outSTANding Super Bowl host.

And he doesn't really care.

And guess what? McMoustache is going to die in the next decade or so (I say this only with steely eyed realism, of course, the dude is old and has had cancer) and who's going to take over? Fredo McMoustache. Guess what I know about kids who take over for their parents who have made a fortune. They are typically idiots. Guess what I know about kids who take over for their parents who have made a fortune despite not being all that bright.

I don't know; I'll let you know in ten or fifteen years or so. I doubt that the change will put the team on an upswing.

Basically, this team is going to be the Bengals, just worse.

Keith 10-10-2014 02:23 AM

Tonight, J.J. Watt had 1 fumble recovery, 3 passes deflected, 3 tackles for a loss, 4 QB hits, 2 sacks, 7 tackles, and 1 touchdown. Might have had another pick 6 if one of those PBUs that hit both hands was actually caught. And I am really not sure this was even his best game of the season. Might even have been his 3rd best in six games.

Used to worry that the Texans were squandering Andre Johnson's career. Now they're squandering Watt's.

BTW, Johnson became the 2nd fastest ever to reach 13,000 receiving yards, only behind Jerry Rice. Watt has 3 TD's in a season (thru six games), the most by a DL in almost 30 years (Fridge, who plunged most of his scores on handoffs, not pick 6's and fumble recoveries.

Combined, Johnson and Watt have 0 championship game appearances through their careers.
