Come on Roy, your cherry picking is always better than mine. :)

Hmmmm....D'Qwell Jackson - We didn't have a 2nd round choice that year. I think we had used it for that Raider CB who shall remain unmentioned due to the pain the thought causes.

By a process of elimination I was for Mario. I hated Reggie, and I thought Vince was overrated & overhyped also, so I was pleased with the Mario selection.

And IIRC, I was about the only one on the old board who DID like Marcus Colston, and I was vocal about it. Others might have been for him, but they didn't say much. The facft that he lasted till the 7th round was a real waste.

We took a 3 time Pro Bowler with the 2nd round pick in 2006, a guy named Ryans, ring any bells?

And I do remember arguing with you over Mario, you were pro and I was against him. By Sunday of the draft I was feeling much better about the pick. BTW, I was not a Bush or Young supported, I was a trade down at any cost guy.

Oh well, In my case I just thought, if there were only 3 good enough to be the #1 pick, Mario was the one. I was worried about his taking plays off in college just like you were.
