NFLN is reporting the two teams have agreed to the parameters of the trade but a 3rd team has jumped into the mix. Could be a big shakeup at the top of the draft if it goes through and invloves KC's 2009 #1, which I assume it would.

The Chiefs have formally announced the trade that will bring linebacker Mike Vrabel and quarterback Matt Cassel from New England to Kansas City. The announcement confirms that both players were obtained in exchange for the Chiefs' second-round draft pick in 2009

I'm sure glad we were able to steal Matt Schaub for an exchange of first round picks in addition to two second rounders. Solid.
