Former Browns safety Eric Murray signed a three-year deal worth up to $20.25 million.

Former Cowboys/Packers WR Randall Cobb signed a 3-year $27M deal with $18.75 guaranteed.

I have to admit, I am not 100% sure I am understanding what they are doing.

Apparently, they think a washed-up Randall Cobb and a washed-up David Johnson, plus a second-rounder is better than keeping one of the best receivers in the NFL. That's all I can figure.
