Posted this in the Mason thread but figured I'd start a new one...

There's a rumor on twitter the Texans are about to sign Juaquin Iglesias pending a physical.

I'm all for it since I'm tired of waiting for Jacoby to figure out how to play and/or this brilliant coaching staff to figure out he sucks and they could probably find a half-dozen FAs that would be just as productive.

BTW, why don't they bring up Lestar Jean?

I think Jean is on IR. Also, Iglesias is rumored for the PS as well (based on twitter stuff).

sounds like Iglesias was a 3rd round pick of Chicago in 2009 and released this preseason, with Chicago keeping 5 other WR.

About two weeks ago he tried out for Titans and didn't stick.

So, he's on our practice squad now. He was good at Oklahoma.

Juaquin Iglesias
Hometown: Killeen, Texas
Height / Weight: 6-0 / 204

Thadeus Gibson also signed to practice Squad, 4th rd pick of Steelers in 2010,also tried out with San Francisco and Washington Redskins before Texans
went to Ohio State The 6-foot-2, 243-pounder

time will tell

not sure of other change to practice squad other than Nading moving to active roster to replace Mario
