According to John McClain, Jacoby Jones will be a Houston Texan again.

Jones agreed to a three-year contract worth $10.5 million, with $3.5 million guaranteed.

I did not see this happening. I'm not sure whether I should be pleased or not.

I'm with you on this one. I have pros and cons for this move. But I will wait to see how the salary cuts happen.

And include me in the group with reservations about resigning Jacobey, especially since I really like a couple of the UNFAs WRs the Texans reportedly signed yesterday. However they apparently don't have one very important thing that JJ has which is long-speed.

I think I am for this as Jacoby is a break away threat, reduced his drops/fumbles and matured over the years, and contract is reasonable given similar player salaries.

I did find these stats for WR in 2010
http://www.footballoutsiders.com/stats/wr

Jacoby catch/play to him success rate is 65% which appears pretty high.

For instance Santonio Homes is considered a top FA WR , his completion percent was only 54%. T.O was 52%, Randy Moss 44%, Larry Fitzgerald 52%

Of course stats are stats, who was competition, who was QB, what was the play call all enter into these stats, but Jacoby looks ok.

Kick returns went wayyyyy downhill without him too.
