Weary Swings a New Deal

Good
news for local swingers bars as the Houston Chronicle reported
that right guard Fred Weary re-signed with the Texans for a one-year
contract worth at least $1.1 million. That kind of mad jack ought
to go a long way toward replacing those broken tables and glasses
over at Secrets.
The
incident, which happened almost a year ago, involved Weary inside
the Houston swingers club starting a fight with his wife and breaking
stuff that didn't belong to him.
Well,
that stuff didn't belong to him until he broke it. Then, you know,
that whole 'you break it, you buy it' thing came into play.
The
flub at the club seemed to have had little negative impact on Weary's
on-field performance. The original Texan started 12 games last year,
right up until he broke both his tibia and fibula in his right leg
against the Titans.
According
to the Chronicle's report, the Texans claim that Weary
will be back to full health in time for training camp, ready to
resume his role as a the starter and after-hours swinger.
